MAGIC ROCK - FREERIDE FRIDAY - TERMS & CONDITIONS - JANUARY 2024
Calling all sports fans! At Magic Rock, we’re all about adventure, so much so we have even created a beer for it! This January, we’re encouraging you to get back out and about as we bring back Freeride - our delicious AF Citra Pale Ale.
Every week we encourage you to get out and about, it’s time to enjoy those winter chills and start the new year as we mean to go on with fresh beer, fresh legs? and some fresh riding… it’s time for Freeride Friday.
Every Friday we will be drawing 1x lucky winner who will receive a case of Freeride alongside some other goodies, all you need to do is tag us in your best scenic rides/routes from the week and weekend prior by tagging @magicrockbrewing alongside #FreerideFriday – Top tip, the funniest/most epic win.

Full Terms and Condition:
This promotion is only open to people that are legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Magic Rock Brewing or anyone professionally associated with this promotion. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants by contacting their employer.
No purchase necessary.
Promotion Period: Enter every Friday between 05.01.24 and 26.01.24 inclusive.
To enter: All entrants are required tag us in their best scenic rides/routes from the week and weekend prior by tagging @magicrockbrewing alongside #FreerideFriday – Magic Rock brewing will select their favourite with the funniest/most epic winning.
Entrants can tag as many photos as they like tagging new contacts to join in. Each comment with #FREERIDEFRIDAY/ @magicockbrewing tag counts as a new entry into the giveaway.
The Prize: Each #FREERIDEFRIDAY Magic Rock will be giving away 1x case of Freeride Non Alc Citra Pale Ale, alongside other merchandise and prizes
(NB: Magic Rock reserves the right to change these prizes throughout the duration of giveaway).
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the promotion period each Friday in January.
8. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by social media within 2 working days of the giveaway selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize within 24 hours of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 24 hours, Magic Rock reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, Magic Rock Brewing reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
9. The winner will be contacted within 28 days of acceptance of the prize to arrange their prize and delivery.
10. The winner agrees to allow Magic Rock Brewing to use their social media handle/name and uploaded photo to announce the winner of this giveaway. The winners further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Magic Rock Brewing.
11. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the prize is not available, Magic Rock Brewing reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in their sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
12. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, Magic Rock Brewing may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
13. The Promoters may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
14. Magic Rock and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion. This includes anything that may happen when participant is out riding and gathering content for #freeridefriday. All entrants take part and enter at their own risk.
15. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Magic Rock Brewing that prevents Magic Rock Brewing from complying with these Terms and Conditions neither Magic Rock Brewing will be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
17. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram.
19. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
