After a few necessary improvements to the Brewhouse we brewed our second beer today; another beer from our core range, High Wire is a 5.5% “West Coast Pale Ale”.

As with our first brew Cannonball, High Wire was heavily hopped in the kettle and hopback and again will also be dry hopped in fermentation to deliver the fantastic pithy citrus flavours and aromas associated with pale ales from the west coast of the US.

We were again pleased with how the day went, we learned a few lessons from last week and we happily managed to get finished earlier. High Wire will be available in cask and bottle, following our launch in mid June (launch date to be confirmed soon), and will also be key-kegged in the near future.

Our first brew Cannonball is in cold conditioning having fermented correctly to 7.4% we intend to carbonate it lightly prior to key-kegging it early next week.
