Since the latest lockdown was announced by the Government, we have been reviewing a rapidly changing situation – listening to our team, industry voices and customers. Behind the scenes, we have been doing everything we can to find ways to support those that have been directly impacted by the new measures.
We apologise for the uncertainty caused this past week for our team. We are pleased to have found a solution and on Friday spoke with all of our casual team to let them know that they will continue to receive full pay based on their average hours worked. This will continue whilst our venues are closed.
The team at Magic Rock are phenomenally dedicated and hard-working and it’s always been our intention to support everyone as much as possible throughout this pandemic. We look forward to the lockdown hopefully being lifted on 2nd December and for the team to be welcoming back customers to the taprooms.
