SAIGON FOG: HEART OF DARKNESS COLLABORATION - Magic Rock Brewing

We’ve recently had the pleasure of brewing with Vietnam’s highest-rated brewery, Heart of Darkness, welcoming John and the team to Magic Rock HQ to brew up a juicy session IPA filled with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Sabro with added Lychee, a Vietnamese favourite that fills the beer with a delicate sweetness and light rose note.

Saigon Fog so named for the infamous haze that the city of Saigon suffers, and the yeast used in this brew, London Fog, is well balanced and juicy with a full-bodied mouthfeel. This beer is incredibly moreish, expect soft citrus and tropical fruit flavours, but at a sessionable 4.8%, it’s a beer you can return to again and again!
