We’re always looking for ways to improve our service, and in light of the current surge in online demand for our beers we’ve made the decision to centralise our webshop, and bring the fulfilment of all of Magic Rock online retail sales in house from 11 am on Monday 20th April. This means that going forward all online orders will ship directly from our brewery in Huddersfield.
What will this mean?
Quicker delivery times – we can now offer a 24-hour service for all orders in Mainland UK. There will be more beers available and quicker restock of lines that have sold out. We’ll also have our full available range online, including all specials. Merchandise and glassware will be rolled out over the next few weeks. We’ll also be able to offer exclusive offer codes, so make sure you’re signed up to our contact list, sign up in the footer below.
What if I placed my order before 11 am on Monday 20th April?
Your order has been placed with our external store management team, Honest Brew – contact them here (email@example.com) stating your order number. This applies to all order numbers #87839 & below. Please note: Honest Brew are facing unprecedented levels of demand and are still working through a backlog. They request any queries only be made when there is a delay of more than 7 days.
Are you still offering direct delivery?
As our delivery service offers 24–hour turnaround, we’ll now be offering all of our orders through our website – you can now order at a time convenient to you. Delivery costs are £5.99 (UK mainland) or free for orders over £40.
What qualifies for free delivery?
All orders* over £40 will qualify for free 24-hour delivery, using our delivery partner DPD and DPD Local. No code needed for free delivery – the discount will appear in your basket. (*UK Mainland)
What is the last time I can order for delivery tomorrow?
Our cut off point for orders is 13:00 on the day prior to delivery for next day delivery.
Where do you deliver to and when?
At the moment, delivery is to the UK only – there is a surcharge for orders outside of UK Mainland, i.e. Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland. We’ll be expanding our delivery reach within the next few months.
Deliveries will be made Monday – Saturday, all orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

On dispatch, you’ll be emailed a delivery confirmation from DPD that contains tracking information.
My order hasn’t arrived – please could you help?
Looking after our customers is important to us, and we’re committed to providing speedy delivery. As we don’t have our own fleet of national delivery vehicles, we’ve chosen a delivery service known for its speed and care – however, that does mean we can’t be held responsible for factors out of our control after your beer has been dispatched from the brewery. We’ve been assured that all DPD services are operating as usual, and will keep you updated if this changes.
